Buckner Companies, a North Carolina–based heavy lifting and steel erection firm, needed to break down data silos and connect incompatible systems—most critically their ERP ViewPoint (a SQL-only database with limited concurrent logins) and Salesforce—while cutting manual integration work and preserving staff resources.
