Case Study: True Energy Solutions achieves Lithuania’s first BREEAM Excellent project with IESVE software from Integrated Environmental Solutions

True Energy Solutions (TES) was appointed to support the BREEAM certification of the Saltoniskiu 7 business centre in Vilnius, Lithuania, the first project in the country to achieve BREEAM Excellent. Using Integrated Environmental Solutions’ IESVE software, TES needed to model whole-building energy performance, daylight, and lifecycle impacts for the 15,000 m² A-class development, while also helping the client evaluate low-carbon design options and future energy costs.

Integrated Environmental Solutions’ IESVE enabled TES to complete energy modelling, SunCast solar studies, RadianceIES daylight analysis, and export the building model to One Click LCA for lifecycle assessment. This helped optimize heat pump sizing, assess external blinds, improve tenant-facing energy forecasts, and demonstrate good daylight conditions across the building and courtyard. The project achieved BREEAM Excellent, only the second such rating in the Baltic States, and TES reported that IESVE saved significant time by reusing model data across analyses.
