Taka Solutions, working on O-14 Tower in Business Bay, Dubai, needed to accurately assess and verify the impact of multiple energy efficiency measures as part of a Shared Savings Energy Performance Contract. The company used Integrated Environmental Solutions’ IESVE platform for detailed dynamic energy simulations, energy modeling, and calibration against historic utility bills to support its cost-saving and carbon-reduction analysis.

Integrated Environmental Solutions helped Taka Solutions model and validate recommended upgrades to chiller, ventilation, and lighting systems, including a FAHU demand control ventilation system. The project delivered AED 485,665 in estimated annual savings, a 35.8% reduction in total annual energy use, a 36% reduction in environmental footprint, and a calibrated model within 5% of actual utility bills, while also projecting a 4.4-year payback.
