This solution synchronized physics-based simulation with real BMS data to identify inefficiencies, leading to the discovery of potential annual energy cost savings of approximately £64,000. Key opportunities included improving boiler efficiency and optimizing free cooling, providing the university with an evidence-based roadmap for both immediate savings and long-term decarbonisation.
