Pactive Sustainable Solutions helped Notions Group’s La Ronda Chocolate Factory in Dubai tackle rising energy use and the challenge of improving efficiency in an existing manufacturing site with manufacturing, storage, and office operations. Using Integrated Environmental Solutions’ IESVE dynamic simulation energy modelling, the team identified opportunities to reduce consumption beyond the site’s existing LED lighting and rooftop solar investment.

Integrated Environmental Solutions used IESVE to quantify and verify retrofit measures across HVAC and building systems, including EC fan upgrades, FCU replacements, CHW pump optimization, and BMS refreshes. The project delivered 17.7% overall savings, AED 134,429 per year in cost reduction, and a payback of 0.8 years, while also supporting 70% renewable energy contribution and enabling ongoing monitoring through the energy management system.
