Jaguar Land Rover achieves 28.9% energy cost savings with Integrated Environmental Solutions

Integrated Environmental Solutions was commissioned by Penston MEP to provide integrated building performance modeling for Jaguar Land Rover's new Software Engineering Centre in Shannon. The challenge was to design two high-efficiency facilities—a four-story office and a warehouse/lab—aiming for significant energy savings and LEED Gold certification.

Using its VE software, IES analyzed the buildings and implemented various energy efficiency measures, including high-performance HVAC systems and lighting. This resulted in energy cost savings of 24.5% for the office and 28.9% for the warehouse over the ASHRAE baseline. Both facilities successfully achieved LEED Gold certification, demonstrating the measurable impact of the solution provided by Integrated Environmental Solutions.
