Hoare Lea, a consulting engineering firm, faced the challenge of designing the Botanic Place office development in Cambridge to achieve the highest sustainability certifications, including WELL Core Platinum, BREEAM Outstanding, and high NABERS ratings. To meet this challenge, they utilized the IESVE (Integrated Environmental Solutions Virtual Environment) modeling software to conduct in-depth analysis and optimize the building's design and energy performance.
