Griffin Consultants, working on the Fairmont The Palm Hotel retrofit in Dubai, needed to accurately predict energy savings for a Guaranteed Savings Contract. They used Integrated Environmental Solutions’ IESVE to build a calibrated energy model based on utility bills, BMS data, onsite measurements, and building drawings.

Integrated Environmental Solutions enabled Griffin Consultants to simulate the proposed energy conservation measures and estimate future savings with confidence. The model was calibrated month by month to within 0%–5% of actual performance, and post-implementation results closely matched the predictions, helping support the ESCO’s decision and validate the retrofit approach.
