GreenJump validates 20% energy savings with Integrated Environmental Solutions

GreenJump Sustainability, a consultancy specializing in sustainable architecture, faced the challenge of designing its Taipei headquarters to achieve LEED Platinum certification while demonstrating tangible, measurable energy performance. To meet this challenge, GreenJump used the IESVE software from Integrated Environmental Solutions to model, analyze, and refine a series of energy-saving strategies.

Using IESVE, GreenJump simulated and validated high-performance strategies for lighting, HVAC, and the building envelope. The solution implemented by Integrated Environmental Solutions resulted in a 20% energy savings, which was later validated by post-occupancy data, and the project achieved LEED Platinum certification. Measurable impacts included 27.8% lighting energy savings, up to 60% HVAC energy savings, and the achievement of 23 LEED points for energy performance.
