Green Trade Project Office worked with Integrated Environmental Solutions and GreenJump Sustainable Design Consulting to create the Taiwan Green Product Demo House, a reusable exhibition show booth designed to showcase certified green building materials and improve energy performance. Their challenge was to determine which products and design choices would deliver the best energy savings while meeting green standards.

Using Integrated Environmental Solutions’ IES Virtual Environment (IESVE) building energy modeling software, the team analyzed climate, building, and HVAC inputs to test five green products and estimate ROI-based savings strategies. The modeled solutions included PV modules, energy-saving glass, LED dimmers, a solar-power brick, and a reactance filter, resulting in predicted energy savings of up to 75% for a virtual 3,170-square-meter building.
