EVORA EDGE - Customer Case Study

EVORA EDGE worked with Integrated Environmental Solutions to use IES IMPACT tools as part of an integrated BIM process. Their challenge was to provide material selection and cost analysis for clients, including assessing whether proposed carbon-reduction targets and BREEAM goals could be achieved without making projects financially unviable.

Using Integrated Environmental Solutions’ IESVE and IMPACT CostPlan tools, EVORA EDGE performed capital cost analysis, environmental impact modelling, and embodied carbon assessments on projects in Guildford and Oxfordshire. The work helped inform a proposed 20% CO2 reduction target for new developments and supported a retail scheme’s bid for a BREEAM Very Good rating, with recommendations estimated to cut environmental impact by 6% to 7% and reduce embodied CO2 by over 1,000 tonnes.
