EnerZam Consultants optimises a 22-storey building with Integrated Environmental Solutions for incentive eligibility

EnerZam Consultants, a team of architects and engineers specializing in building energy efficiency, faced the challenge of optimizing a 22-storey residential building in Quebec for energy efficiency to secure significant financial incentives. They used the IES Virtual Environment (IESVE) from Integrated Environmental Solutions to conduct a feasibility study and analyze various energy conservation measures.

Integrated Environmental Solutions' IESVE software enabled EnerZam to model systems in high detail, including a VRF system and a high-efficiency makeup air system upgrade. This analysis provided the accurate data needed to secure incentive eligibility. As a result, EnerZam became the first company in Quebec to use the VE to gain these incentives for a client.
