Consulting Building Services Provider needed to support Vienna Court, a five-storey office development in Nairobi, in achieving a high-level green building certification. To meet the challenge, they used Integrated Environmental Solutions’ IES Virtual Environment (IESVE) software suite to create a detailed energy model and assess daylighting, solar, façade, glazing, and HVAC performance.

Integrated Environmental Solutions’ IESVE helped the team secure Kenya’s first LEED Gold certification for Vienna Court. The project also delivered 24% energy and cost savings versus the ASHRAE baseline, while speeding up the LEED certification process and helping the engineers confidently complete the analysis with minimal training.
