Bureau of Technics, a consulting, engineering, design, and construction services firm, needed to create an energy model for the St Petersburg Business Centre to improve energy efficiency and understand how the building should operate. They worked with Integrated Environmental Solutions and used IESVE to support energy, lighting, and solar analysis for the project.

Integrated Environmental Solutions helped Bureau of Technics identify and implement a range of efficiency measures, including improved insulation, better glazing, CO2-based fan control, lighting controls, heat recovery, and high-efficiency equipment. The results were significant: the building achieved LEED Platinum and BREEAM Excellent certifications, with reported annual savings of 34,000 kWh and 43,500 RUB, and overall energy savings of 69% compared with common engineering network solutions.
