Budapest’s 18th Municipality models 114 buildings with Integrated Environmental Solutions

The 18th Municipality of Budapest faced the challenge of prioritizing energy renovation investments across its large portfolio of buildings. To support better decision-making, it partnered with Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES) to create a powerful district-level energy model using the IES iCD and iCIM tools.

Integrated Environmental Solutions created a validated digital model of 114 municipal buildings, enabling the customer to visually identify the worst-performing assets and test various renovation scenarios. The solution provided a powerful, accessible platform for stakeholder engagement and established a lifetime asset to track progress and verify energy savings over time, ultimately informing a reliable energy renovation roadmap.
