Bouygues UK needed a better way to manage the large amount of documentation and responsibility tracking required to achieve BREEAM and CSH sustainability certifications across its construction projects. Working with Integrated Environmental Solutions, the company adopted IES TaP, an online evidence-gathering and tracking tool, to help organize the many credits, documents, and team responsibilities involved in meeting rating requirements.

Integrated Environmental Solutions implemented IES TaP as the standard tool for Bouygues UK’s BREEAM and CSH assessors, using it from the start of each project to brief teams, allocate evidence tasks, and track progress against target ratings. The result was greater control and visibility, with Bouygues UK reporting that it could achieve at least 40–50% of required credits before projects reached RIBA Stage E and reduce the risk of costly delays or failing to secure the desired sustainability rating.
