Atelier Ten delivers 10+ Green Mark projects with Integrated Environmental Solutions

Atelier Ten, a sustainability consultancy, required a robust simulation tool to help their clients achieve high-tier Green Mark certifications for buildings in Singapore's challenging tropical climate. They turned to Integrated Environmental Solutions and utilized their IES Virtual Environment (IESVE) software to accurately model building performance and meet the program's stringent, performance-based energy efficiency criteria.

Integrated Environmental Solutions' IESVE provided a dynamic simulation platform that enabled detailed analysis of energy use, HVAC systems, and climatic factors. This solution allowed Atelier Ten to successfully complete over 10 projects, with many achieving GoldPlus or Platinum certification. For one project, Mandai Eco-resort, the software was instrumental in validating a greater than 30% energy improvement, which was essential for securing the top-tier Super Low Energy designation.
