Alpin Limited worked with Integrated Environmental Solutions to support the construction-stage energy analysis for New York University Abu Dhabi. Their challenge was to verify that the campus design would meet local Estidama PBRS requirements and achieve ambitious energy savings targets beyond the ASHRAE 90.1 baseline, using the IESVE software.

Using Integrated Environmental Solutions’ IESVE, Alpin Limited modeled energy conservation measures, HVAC and water systems, and building performance to optimize the design. The project achieved around 25% to 30% energy savings above ASHRAE 90.1, earned a 2 Pearl Estidama rating, and contributed to Alpin Limited’s total savings of 100,978,875.60 kWh across around 30 projects, avoiding more than 44,000 tonnes of CO₂.
