Integrated Digital Systems developed a dynamic survey and reports generator web application for NCPNN (National Collaborative Perinatal Neonatal Network). The customer needed to abate the difficulties in its existing solution for collecting and managing questionnaire data, requiring an effective tool for creation, analysis, and interpretation to measure different criteria.

The solution implemented by Integrated Digital Systems featured a user-friendly form builder engine that allowed for easy questionnaire creation and updates by non-technical staff, complete with field definitions, constraints, and validations. The application enabled decentralized data entry through an offline desktop program and electronic submission to a centralized database. This accommodated a growing network of more than 19 hospitals, improved data accuracy, and provided necessary management and statistical reports.
