Ministry of Interior Municipalities in Lebanon sets up the Municipal Observatory system with Integrated Digital Systems

The Ministry of Interior & Municipalities in Lebanon faced the challenge of modernizing its oversight of municipal governance. To address this, it engaged Integrated Digital Systems to develop and implement the Municipal Observatory (M.O.) system, a comprehensive information platform.

Integrated Digital Systems delivered a complete solution, which included conducting extensive studies, designing the M.O. software, and establishing new administrative and data exchange procedures. The vendor implemented a pilot version of the system, performed user acceptance testing, and provided full training and documentation. This project established a foundational digital framework to improve municipal reporting and transparency for the Ministry.
