Sterling Organization, a vertically integrated private equity real estate firm, was struggling to manage a growing pipeline and historic deal database in a single Excel spreadsheet. The process was inefficient, limited collaboration, slowed down as the file grew, and made it difficult to prepare recurring pipeline reports for leadership meetings. Sterling turned to Intapp’s DealCloud platform to address these deal and relationship management challenges.

Intapp implemented DealCloud as a secure, cloud-based solution for pipeline management, reporting, and deal execution, with mobile access for teams working on the road. The platform helped Sterling migrate more than 5,000 prior pipeline deals, create 130+ dashboards, and improve communication and efficiency; reporting alone now saves as much as five hours per week. The rollout was completed in four months, and 100% of active users completed DealCloud University training.
