Raymond James, a leading diversified financial services company, needed a more effective CRM system for its investment banking division. Its existing solution was not universally adopted and lacked the flexibility and native fit required for a high-volume investment banking environment, prompting the firm to look for a purpose-built platform. Raymond James selected Intapp’s DealCloud as its primary system of record for client and prospect relationships, transactions, and pipeline management.
Intapp implemented DealCloud to centralize deal, relationship, and transactional data in a single, permissioned cloud platform and configured it to support coverage and pipeline management, deal execution, workflow automation, productivity tracking, recruiting, and marketing. The rollout included cleaning up and migrating ten years of Salesforce data, and the system was deployed in four and a half months. Results included 700+ users, 20+ new users added each month, 90+ daily interactions entered, firmwide adoption across six departments, and stronger management visibility into pipeline and projections.
