ClientEarth, an environmental law charity, needed a better way to manage matters, capture knowledge, and route approvals across multiple stakeholders. Before working with Intapp, the team relied on spreadsheets and email, which made it hard to track case status, participants, jurisdictions, and approval requirements. ClientEarth chose Intapp Collaboration to bring structure to its legal knowledge management and case-tracking processes.

With Intapp Collaboration, ClientEarth automated matter intake, approvals, document filing, and version control, while improving visibility across cross-functional teams. The organization also strengthened reporting for funders, running about 15 tailored reports each month, and quickly scaled from 100 to 160 licenses with fast onboarding. Building on that success, ClientEarth plans to expand into Intapp Workspaces and Intapp Time for broader collaboration and cost tracking.
