Arnold Bloch Leibler, a premier Australian commercial law firm, faced the significant challenge of migrating its entire practice to a new practice management system with minimal disruption to daily operations and lawyer productivity. This solution ensured there was absolutely no drop-off in time recording data during the changeover and provided lawyers with improved mobile and journaling features. The success of this initial implementation led the firm to also adopt Intapp Flow to automate workflows.
