Caixa Econômica Federal (CAIXA), Brazil’s second-largest government-owned bank, needed to modernize and expand business-banking services by launching an online portal while improving backend control, agility, and visibility of processes for business customers. The bank selected Intalio Brazil and Intalio|bpms to standardize and streamline critical workflows across its organization.
Intalio helped CAIXA map and automate key processes, integrate legacy systems, and deliver a browser-based portal with analytics to mine sales data and support marketing. The scalable BPM implementation streamlined tasks (surveys, reporting, installations, POS product delivery), increased operational control and flexibility, and was expanded to additional point-of-service offerings with measurable improvements in efficiency and customer service.
