TVFA - Efficient Certifcation Of Building Materials

TVFA-ZERT, the accredited product certification body at TU Graz, needed a simpler, more efficient way to manage its inspection and certification work. To support this, TVFA-ZERT chose Intact Systems and its Ecert platform to digitize the process, improve data management, and make life easier for auditors.

Intact Systems implemented an audit and certification management database that handles the full process electronically, automatically issues certificates, sends status-change reports, and supports billing and data exchange. The result was a highly tailored system that greatly improved efficiency, optimized internal workflows, and almost completely eliminated data entry errors.
