Global Pharmaceutical Company needed to migrate its SAP PI dual-stack landscape to SAP PO 7.5 under a tight deadline, with a small team, limited knowledge of some legacy scenarios, and no testing support from external parties. The scope was large, the schedule was constrained by an upcoming S/4HANA project and the end of support for SAP PI 7.31, making integration testing a major challenge.

INT4 implemented Int4 IFTT to automate SAP integration testing through virtualization, robotic test case creation, and regression testing, also helping shift the delivery approach toward Test Driven Development. The result was 24,000 test cases created and executed, over 1,200 interfaces covered, test case creation in 2 seconds, and zero critical issues after go-live, delivering strong confidence and reduced dependency on third-party resources.
