SaddlebackGeosolutions needed a multi-platform solution to support geoscientists working on exploration and exploitation challenges such as modeling, petrophysical analysis, rock physics, and seismic studies. To avoid building everything from scratch, they turned to INT Software’s INTViewer platform to provide a supported, industry-accepted visualization environment with room for custom workflows and tools.

Using INTViewer’s Java-based plugin API, SaddlebackGeosolutions developed its proprietary Attribute::Workbench and other custom algorithms, including seismically derived attributes, spectral decomposition, seismic inversion, synthetic seismograms, and geostatistics tools. INT Software helped them deploy the new solution in a fraction of the time a new system would have taken, letting Saddleback focus on advanced science and algorithms instead of core infrastructure.
