Case Study: Pertamina accelerates upstream data visualization with INT Software’s HTML5Viewer

Building an Upstream Data Management & Visualization Application

Pertamina, Indonesia’s second-largest crude oil producer, needed a way to visualize seismic and log data within its MDT upstream data platform. Although its data architecture, security, user management, GIS, and data management were already in place, the company lacked a visualization layer, so it turned to INT Software and its HTML5Viewer product.

INT Software integrated its web-based HTML5Viewer into Pertamina’s platform so engineers could view data quickly in any web browser while maintaining data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The implementation took about a week, helping Pertamina finish on time and giving engineers faster remote access to upstream data across Indonesia, reducing the need to retrieve data from the data center.
