North America Division of International Carrier, a large program business segment managing 36 programs, 54 external partners and 72 system integrations, needed to restore partner credibility after three prior project failures and to consolidate fragmented partner data to support growth, reporting and improved partner experience. They engaged Insurity to address these challenges using Insurity’s Datahouse solution.

Insurity implemented Datahouse to ingest partner feeds via ACORD XML or its Structured Data Integration (SDI), populate multiple repositories, and deliver comprehensive data marts, cubes and out-of-the-box ISO/NCCI/NAIC reports with a browser-based UI and audit trail. The deployment consolidated data across the division (supporting $4.7B in America DWP and $1.2B in program business), eliminated manual processes, enabled real-time analytics and division-level operational/financial/GL reporting, restored partner confidence and reduced errors and costs.
