Insuresoft Earns High Customer Satisfaction Marks in Novarica

Novarica, a research and advisory firm serving insurers, set out to benchmark user experience with policy administration system vendors by collecting anonymous, insurer-led ACE survey responses across Staff, Organization, Functionality, Technology and Overall satisfaction. One of the vendors evaluated was Insuresoft, whose product offering (the Diamond Suite / The Diamond System) and customer service were put to the test to determine how well the solution meets carriers’ operational and technology needs.

Insuresoft’s Diamond Suite earned top marks in Novarica’s ACE Rankings, receiving an overall ACE score of 92 (highest in the Policy Administration System category), a Technology score of 98 (the highest achieved in any category), Staff 93 (tied for 2nd), Organization 89 (2nd) and Overall Customer Satisfaction 93 (tied for 2nd).
