Figo transitioned from another vendor and engaged Insuresoft to provide its Diamond administration platform, the Pet Cloud self‑service capabilities, custom portals and CRM integrations to support mobile enrollment, claims and group benefits.

Insuresoft delivered quickly—contract and SOW in 30 days, a test environment in 90 days—and implemented CRM integration, mobile portals and group enrollment functionality that enabled Figo to issue its first policy in April 2015, enroll 300 pets via a hospital group rollout within seven weeks, and go live across all 50 states within 13 months. Insuresoft also onboarded and tracked thousands of agents, automated customer-service workflows, and helped Figo achieve high customer satisfaction with minimal technical issues.
