Leadership was wary of changing a system that was working well, and Buckeye confronted challenges including a complex data migration (a 16‑hour automated process), converting over 7 million print jobs and securing user buy‑in and cross‑department testing.

Insuresoft implemented the Diamond 5x upgrade along with its Diamond Publisher and agency web portal, providing on‑site and home‑office support teams to manage testing and weekend migrations; Buckeye completed the upgrade over a couple of weekends and converted 7+ million print jobs via the automated process.
