Friends of the Urban Forest (FUF), a San Francisco-based nonprofit focused on building a healthier urban tree canopy, was struggling to find new grant opportunities after exhausting its existing sources. As Grants & Corporate Partnerships Manager Aine Kimsey put it, the team knew funding was out there but didn’t know how to find it, so FUF turned to Instrumentl to discover fresh prospects.
