A Instrumental Case Study
Supreme Golf aggregates millions of tee times (about 6,000,000 from 40,000 courses) but depends on a large partner network whose APIs and data feeds can drop or change, and they needed flexible, standardized monitoring across diverse import methods (FTP dumps to real‑time firehoses), plus a way to share issues visually with partners so problems could be understood and resolved quickly. To address this, Supreme Golf adopted Instrumental’s monitoring platform.
Instrumental let Supreme Golf standardize tracking and alerts across many import mechanisms, monitor at the code level while comparing components and partners, and share live Instrumental graphs with partners without giving full app access. As a result, Supreme Golf improved partner communication and problem identification, increased data availability, and reduced the average time between partner data refreshes to under 30 minutes, while also using Instrumental’s data for negotiations and roadmap planning.
