Red Door Interactive, a San Diego-based marketing agency, needed to scale and track its onboarding and employee development programs quickly after cobbling together ineffective open-source and free tools. The Employee Experience team searched for a learning management system that could centralize manager-created courses, subscription content, and live trainings — and selected Instructure’s Bridge to meet that need.
Instructure implemented Bridge to centralize onboarding paths, required training, and course discovery, replacing one-off recorded sessions and manual tracking. As a result, Red Door now manages onboarding completely in Bridge, can track employee progress on learning paths through built-in reporting, and has a more scalable, engagement-focused learning culture that lets the team pivot training to business priorities.
