Setting the Stage for Double-Digit Growth

Solera, a global insurance technology company, needed to motivate its EMEA sales force and deliver double-digit growth through training that went beyond one-off workshops. Dr. Hannah Gore, Talent Development Manager, chose Bridge by Instructure to implement a scalable, practice-based sales enablement strategy of micro-qualifications across 46 countries.

Using Bridge, Instructure enabled Solera to build an EMEA Business School with bite-sized courses, peer-to-peer practice, manager checkpoints and pop-up/flipped-classroom sessions; in just over a year Solera launched its 132nd course. The program achieved strong adoption and measurable impact — 82% engagement and 56% completion for optional courses — while supporting manager certification and plans to expand to 200+ courses.
