MRWED Training and Assessment, Australia’s leading trainer-training provider since 2000, faced an inefficient learning management system—especially slow, time-consuming marking—that constrained their Learner Success Team. After a trial of Canvas, MRWED selected Instructure’s Canvas LMS to modernize assessments and improve trainer–student communication.

Instructure implemented Canvas nationally, delivering marking automation, dashboard listing functionality, inbox/notification features, and an agnostic content model that easily hosts MRWED-produced videos, screencasts and readings. The result: faster marking that lets one or two staff manage daily assessment for ~200 students, increased student–trainer feedback, a 91% positive reliability/quality rating from users, 95% use of MRWED content within the platform, and improved ROI and overall efficiency.
