Movement Mortgage, a national retail mortgage lender founded in 2008 and now ~4,000 employees strong, faced the challenge of scaling training for a highly distributed, largely sales-focused workforce while meeting extensive regulatory requirements and supporting career development. Using Instructure’s Bridge (including Bridge Learn and piloting Bridge Perform), Movement expanded off‑the‑shelf and self-authored learning, automated manager notifications, and replaced Excel-based tracking with deep-dive dashboards and open APIs for BI integration. The result: streamlined reporting for regulatory and internal needs, cleaner and more efficient analytics, improved manager accountability and learner engagement, and a partnership with Instructure that’s helping move the company toward ongoing 1:1 performance conversations and career-focused development.
