4Life, a global network marketing company founded in 1998, needed an easy-to-use, multilingual training system to help its independent distributors answer “What do I do next?” after they join. Director Matt Lisonbee selected Instructure’s Bridge learning platform (Bridge Learn) to replace outdated print- and DVD-based approaches and deliver a streamlined, accessible experience worldwide.
Using Instructure’s Bridge, 4Life implemented sub accounts and Smart Groups, empowered local leaders to create regional content, and launched 4Life University with a high-profile rollout and ongoing follow-up. The results: 18,412 users enrolled in less than a year, 18,020 of whom are active—an astonishing 98% active user adoption across more than 18 countries—demonstrating strong engagement and improved distributor readiness.
