MIS Insurance Services, a Florida-based full-service back office provider focused on growing in the Workers’ Compensation and PEO markets, faced a major technology challenge: processing high-volume, multi-location policies with hundreds of locations, class codes and named insureds while staying regulatory-compliant. To scale quickly and support MGAs, carriers and PEO clients, MIS turned to Instec and its Quicksolver policy lifecycle management platform to build a PEO-capable policy processing solution.

Instec worked with MIS to develop a custom Quicksolver integration that imports client data, rates policies and assembles policy forms (including a 1,600‑page form) in under an hour (roughly 15 minutes to import, 15 to rate, 15 to assemble), compared with months manually and prior vendors that could take six months—now delivered in less than a week. The Instec solution enabled regulatory reporting and GL/AR interfaces, reduced staff reliance by 20–25%, increased productivity and ROI, and allowed MIS to win and manage much larger accounts.
