The Center for Generational Kinetics partnered with Instant Financial to quantify how wage frequency affects job consideration, application and acceptance, as well as engagement and retention. The Center and Instant Financial jointly designed a custom 25-question national survey of 1,001 employed U.S. respondents to uncover the impact of offering a daily pay option and to help position Instant Financial as a research-based thought leader.
Instant Financial and the Center implemented the study and used the findings to show that a no‑fee daily pay solution (e.g., the Instant App) materially improves employee financial wellbeing and employer outcomes: 49% of workers said they’d be more likely to apply for jobs offering same‑day pay (78% of Gen Z), 51% would choose a daily‑pay job over an equivalent offer, 40% said they’d stay longer, and 44% said they’d work harder. Instant Financial will leverage these measurable insights in white papers, infographics and outreach to drive adoption and thought leadership.
