Vagabond Experiences, a travel company founded in 2014 that curates offbeat trips and camps across India, struggled with accepting customer payments and dealing with delayed payments that affected working capital. To solve this, they turned to Instamojo for simple link-based payments that could be shared with customers via WhatsApp, email, SMS, and social media.

Instamojo enabled Vagabond Experiences to collect payments through debit cards, credit cards, UPI, and net banking, giving them a convenient and interoperable payments platform. As a result, Vagabond now collects 70%–80% of its total payments through Instamojo, with the remainder coming via NEFT/bank transfers.
