Saffron Stays, a boutique homestay and hospitality brand, needed a better way to handle payments for bookings. Their biggest challenge was receiving timely payments, since bank transfers were slow and on-spot customer payments were difficult.

Instamojo provided a simple and intuitive payment solution through payment links that could be shared on WhatsApp and used by guests remotely. Instamojo also enabled refunds, reverse payments, and transaction tracking, helping Saffron Stays streamline collections; as a result, up to 15% of bookings were paid via Instamojo, including transactions of over ₹2,00,000 at a time.
