Instamojo provided a simple and intuitive payment solution through payment links that could be shared on WhatsApp and used by guests remotely. Instamojo also enabled refunds, reverse payments, and transaction tracking, helping Saffron Stays streamline collections; as a result, up to 15% of bookings were paid via Instamojo, including transactions of over ₹2,00,000 at a time.
