OXXO, a major Mexican convenience store chain, sought to overcome years of inefficient operations to achieve its ambitious goal of providing ultra-fast on-demand deliveries in under 35 minutes. Instaleap implemented its comprehensive delivery platform for OXXO, addressing key issues with an automated allocation algorithm for efficient order picking, integration with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to manage demand peaks, and a control tower for real-time delay alerts. This solution enabled OXXO to far surpass its initial goal, achieving 80% of deliveries in less than 30 minutes and over 90% of orders delivered on time, redefining speed and convenience for its customers.
