AdStage, an ad tech company providing an all-in-one platform for managing Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter campaigns, needed a highly available, low-latency way to handle rapidly growing analytics data. As customer growth drove massive increases in data volume, AdStage faced the challenge of scaling quickly without downtime or performance degradation. Instaclustr supported the company’s Cassandra deployment on AWS.

Instaclustr helped AdStage transition from DataStax Enterprise to open source Apache Cassandra across both production and staging, completing the migration with zero downtime. The new setup gave AdStage the scalability, throughput, and high availability it needed for its always-on reporting and automation platform, while the managed service let the engineering team focus on customers instead of cluster operations. AdStage now runs 3 Cassandra clusters with more than 80 nodes, backed by Instaclustr’s ongoing technical operations support.
