How CitrusBits Uses Instabug to Collaborate With Clients

CitrusBits, a Los Angeles–based software house with a portfolio of 300 apps, needed a better way to collect and organize client feedback across up to 10 concurrent projects and distributed product, development, and QA teams. To improve collaboration and capture actionable reports (including device and OS details), CitrusBits adopted Instabug to let clients and internal teams submit feedback from the earliest builds.

CitrusBits onboarded clients to Instabug and used it across QA and product reviews so reports include technical context automatically; automated rules forward bug reports straight into Jira. Instabug enabled immediate triage, removal of duplicates, aggregation into sprints, and clearer communication with clients — keeping stakeholders engaged and streamlining issue resolution.
