Instabase implemented state-of-the-art deep learning models to extract and match signatures and names from a wide range of document formats and languages. This integration alleviated the need for manual analysis, allowing the USPTO to efficiently cross-correlate data and identify variations in applicant names and signatures. The solution provided a successful proof of concept for applying similar Instabase technology to other patent and trademark documents, improving accuracy and reducing processing delays.
