National Insurance, Banking & Investment Service Provider, a national provider of insurance, investing and banking services to U.S. military members with 36,000+ employees and 105 different recognition programs, faced regulatory changes in the financial industry and the shift to remote work during COVID that left managers needing new, compliant ways to recognize employees. Working with Inspirus and its enterprise recognition platform, the organization aimed to consolidate and standardize recognition while ensuring compliance.

Inspirus centralized all recognition programs onto a single enterprise platform, adhered to the customer’s Playbook, and built 59 new programs tailored to different operating company goals. As a result, recognitions per employee increased 51%, points awarded rose 149%, nominations jumped 350%, and recognition activity maintained 100% compliance.
