Delta Airlines had decentralized recognition programs serving 80,000+ employees across multiple countries and needed an aligned, accessible plan tied to business objectives. To address this, Delta partnered with Inspirus to develop MyDeltaRewards (MDR), an enterprise-wide, points-based recognition platform grounded in behavioral science.
Inspirus implemented MDR using the seven RPI best practices, centralizing 25 recognition programs and giving broad employee access (72% of active employees registered). In year one MDR recorded 490,002 recognitions, delivered $346 million in business value (a 3,975% return on recognition), and earned a 96% positive response on platform variety and value.
