Delta Airlines had decentralized recognition programs serving 80,000+ employees across multiple countries and needed an aligned, accessible plan tied to business objectives. To address this, Delta partnered with Inspirus to develop MyDeltaRewards (MDR), an enterprise-wide, points-based recognition platform grounded in behavioral science.

Inspirus implemented MDR using the seven RPI best practices, centralizing 25 recognition programs and giving broad employee access (72% of active employees registered).
